Meta have advised that the fix for disruptions impacting message sending, caused by coreapps being stuck on the WhatsApp On-Premise API, has been deployed. This issue has now been mitigated as of 11 August, 6:06 AM PST on the new version 2.49.3. Affected numbers will be upgraded to 2.49.3 in due course.

Meta is currently experiencing some disruption impacting sending messages on WhatsApp On-Premise API. Clients will receive an error when sending template message:
"Message failed to send because there were one or more errors related to your payment method."

Their engineering teams are investigating the issue. We will provide another update within 4 hours or sooner if additional information is available.

Meta are currently experiencing some disruption impacting Media Upload & Download on WhatsApp On-Premise API v2.47+. They have targeted a workaround and will provide another update once confirmed.

META has updated their status page

The META engineering team has informed that the fix for receiving incoming messages and message delivery on WhatsApp has been deployed and this issue is now mitigated.

The META engineering team is currently working on a fix and will provide an update in about 1 hour

We are aware of an issue that is impacting our WhatsApp API. When attempting to send messages, you will get the error: "500 Internal Server Error"

Our engineering team has fixed the issue and now all systems are operational.

Meta are currently experiencing major disruption impacting the Business' Display Names on WhatsApp Business API. This issue started at July 13th, 12:14 p.m UTC. Meta engineering teams are investigating the issue.

Between ~7am and ~9am UTC+1, some users were unable to generate API KEYs via the 360dialog Hub and API. The issue is now resolved.

The issue with Hub access is now resolved. Due to some server errors, the Hub was not able to be accessed for about 1.5 hours between 6am~7.30am UTC. If you continue to face errors with your Hub account, kindly create a support ticket with us.
